Does anyone know how many calories per hour you burn by replacing your computer chair with a stability ball or does this just work to build stronger muscles/develop balance? I’m wondering if it’s even worth it to make the switch. Thanks.

I am 10 weeks pregnant and looking for a good pregnancy video. There are SO many options out there… I want to know what worked for you. I am not worried about the cardio, I walk every day for that… I am looking for some serious strength training to help along with labor. I’m assuming these exercises won’t be found in your every day workout program… I want to do this all naturale – so I want to make sure my core is in shape and ready for labor. what do you recommend?

For those who play soccer, when you get into challenges in which you have to force the opponent with your shoulder; or perhaps while you are running with the ball and someone comes and shoulders you; of course in such situations body weight is important but sometimes really skinny ppl can have effective force.
what kind of weightlifting and other types of exercises can be used to build strength that will enable you to push opponents w/ shoulders even if they are heavier than you?
i have so far done shoulder raises which do help if you try to keep your body firm and lift with arms, but any other suggestions?

well i guess i should be saying that which cleat will help me control the best. like keep me stable or balanced on the ground and so that its hard for the other player to take the ball away from me while ill move around with it quickly as the ball sticks to my feet.
