When I play sports, the main problems I have are keeping my body balanced ( I’m not very coordinated ) and concentrating ( I sometimes become dazed when I’m tired ). If anyone could give me advice I would appreciate it.

I’m going to be taking up boxing and so far i’ve been working out cardio, footwork, technique, mat exercises for core muscles and striking the heavy bag.
Is it necessary for me to implement weight training (eg. dumbells, bench press, squats, weight machines, etc) to improve punch power or it is not needed for boxing. I’ve heard people say muscle mass reduces speed for striking, etc. Does weight training help improve my power in my punch? Please give me your thoughts. Thanks

I have a Wii fit balance board but I can’t tell if the foot extenders are on already or not. Is there a way to remove the foot extenders if they are on there?
The feet on mind don’t look like that. I mean, if you are there taking pictures of it could you please take one with one of the extenders off so I may see what it looks like off and on? It would be greatly appreciated!
