      Hi,
I’m a sophomore in high school and I have this issue. Its early December and I just started going back to track off season at my school. I am a very committed person, so this year I signed up for weight training in order to get ready for track. Everyday since September I have worked hard doing squats, plyometrics, and various core exercises. Now that the off season has started I wanted to impress my fellow friends in track (seniors) my hard work paying off during the workout. The repulsive excuse of a workout left me out of breath and sore. The workout was a jog of 50 meters => sprint/run for 40 meters x4 with 30 second rest in between. How does my hard work pay off now? I am absolutely hellbent on being the best sprinter I can be so I would appreciate any "back breaking" workouts you guys can offer. My events are the 100 and 200 meter sprint. Notice the word "hellbent" >=[

I have a 99 Corolla, with about 118,000 miles on it.

I had taken the car in due to some issues with it shaking regardless of the speed. I was told I needed new ball joints, and paid for the repair.

The shaking slowed down quite a bit actually. When I was at the repair shop, the person had me check the wheel myself, and it had moved very easily, very loose. It was still a bit shaky though, and so I thought I needed a balance.

I just got my car balanced, but it’s still shaking. The shaking has reduced, but it’s still there.

I’m very scared, because I have to make a 200 mile trek Friday, early in the morning. It’s too late to call any repair shops, but I need the car to be safe for my drive, it’s an emergency, and I can’t necessarily afford another repair or plane ticket.

Do you think that it’d be rather safe? What are the odds of me losing my tire or something while on the highway after getting brand-new ball joints?
I forgot to add, it doesn’t make any grinding or squeaking noises, no clunking, no odd noises at all.

Here, Jon goes through a progression of the Goblet Squat first with a kettlebell, then performing a kettlebell front raise while squatting. To make it a balance training exercise, use an unstable surface like the Indo Board to increase proprioception and muscle activation without an increased load of weight. To make it even more challenging, add a kettlebell front raise while on the Indo Board. Remember, while on the indo board, floor surface is very important. Doing this on a harder surface will make it quicker, a thicker surface like grass will slow down the board’s movement and make it easier to balance.
