      so i play sports i was playing a game so i jumped to block the ball i tripped and lost balance and twisted my ankle like i fell on it and i heard it crack….the day i hurt my ankle after i went home i iced my ankle for an hour…then i went to the doctor and he said nothin was wrong so i woke up the next day and the pain had doubled i cant even walk …. what should i do to help it heal…

            I find that when I take 2 or 3 practice swings with my 7 iron to remind my muscles of the proper swing (good balance not overpowering) then I pick up my driver and put one right down the fairway, no problem… is it legal to carry two clubs into the Tee Box even if you don’t INTEND to use one of them to make an INTENTIONAL swing at the ball?

              I consider myself a pretty good ballstriker, However I’m noticing more and more that I can’t hold a very controlled finishing position. I set up on the balls of my feet, which I where your weight should be; but I find that I find myself falling foward (towards where the ball was, not the target). It’s not falling on my face by any means, I just that I know i’m not balanced as I should be. This happens even on good shot. I tried standing closer to the ball, but I fthen eel like my hands are getting to close to my body. Any suggestions? Thanks.

                    Your Open Question: Is something wong with my ball pyrhon?

                    i got her about two weeks ago and she hasnt eaten…. she might be stressed but she also looks skinny even though i was told she ate a day before i got her and every once in a while she loses her balance… is that normal for a baby ball? and then very rarely she has these involuntary movements like jerks or twitchea but they are very rare… her temps and humidity are good i check all the time…she does have a cut though so i put neospirin on her and i thoight that may be why she moves funny sometimes…see she got caught in duct tape so i took it off with oil and she was left witj a very small scrape but the oil isnt completely off… sorry for all the disorder in my explanation but please give me some ideas!!
