I have replaced the battery’s with new ones and tried to sync it to my wii, but its not working any suggestions?
what is that thing called? the one where they had to balance themselves on using their weight to prevent from falling? Also, isn;’t there a game that you can play which is similar to this? you balance a ball on a wooden platform which has holes and corners. your objective is to get the ball going somewhere while balancing the board using handles at the side?

Everyone says Machida has a strong traditional martial arts stance and basis. What differentiates his stance from other fighters in MMA? Is his stance truly a Shotokan stance? Is he flat-footed, or balanced on the balls of his feet. Why does he keep his hands in a lower position? Please help me out.

I’m 15, weigh 146lb and is very athletic I really just want to be fit, 8 pack, v- lines… I’m working on alot of exercises in sports training, and track which include squat, bench, power clean, dead lifts, and some core but mainly whole body excersices so I need to work on my own to build my Core and back. Any suggestions?
Is wii fit plus or active or the biggest looser? in your experience what ones do you like better and why?
I run about 30 miles a week, and I do a variety of other strength training (I pull some of the workouts out of the P90X system) on the days I don’t run, including abs. And I eat healthfully. BUT, my belly and my back (love handles) are not toned nor are they at all worthy of a bikini. I need some GREAT ab workouts…variety is key. I work out at home, but I do have a balance ball, a medicine ball, and hand weights. Any suggestions? Links? What do you do?
