I want to find out what is the best approach to a balanced fitness, rather then speacilizing in one area like speed, power or stamina. But I find that you have to work one at a time, and that you lose a little of what you just did by switching to another training. I realize this question is a little too broad but if you have any information it’ll be heplful, if you please?

Well i work at a gym and I have had a personal trainer for a little while just long enough to learn what to do. I reccomend first doing your weight lifting [ working on triceps and biceps], then I would move on to Cardio. For cardio most people say the tredmill but the eliptical works better because your arms move also which enables you to burn more calories. Then the next day I would follow up with OWrking out your leg muscles and cardio agian.

I believe the best overly fitness exercise would have to be running/jogging. It burns calories, Tones you whole lower body and can build stamina power and speed all in one. It is also somthing almost everyone can do pritty much anywhere and dosnt cost you a thing.

the absolute best workout is to speed walk. just speed walk for about 30-45 min. a day and 1-2 months later, you will definitely see a difference.
