                    Here’s a simple bodyweight based core training routine that consists of 3 exercises. Each exercise is performed for 3 sets with a 30 second rest interval between sets. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of reps and the reps per set are going to descend (drop). A 1-2 minute rest is allowed as you transition from one exercise to the next.
