I’m looking for bodyweight style exercises so I don’t have to by any equipment. I would like the workout to be geared towards baseball. I want to build a quicker bat and more velocity on my fastball. Those are done by developing strenght and quickness in the core trunk muscles especially in twisting motions. I’m just a little lost on how to do this and everything I look up on the internet always has a DVD, book or more I MUST buy to learn this stuff. Can anyone out there help?
