I have bad balance and I am hunched. My legs are also not very flexible. The main problem is I have bad posture, especially with one of my shoulder blades as I injured the shoulder a few years ago. Any ideas how to improve?

What is the fitness equipment called that has a dome that you stand on for balance improvement?
One way to improve your balance is to practice. Take a long block of wood into your front yard or garage (on a hard surface because if you put it on grass it won’t work very well.) Walk across the board 10 times without falling. Do this every day. One way to improve your posture is to strengthen your back. A really good way to do this is to get on all fours, and extend your right arm and left leg. Hold it for about 30 seconds and the switch to extending your left arm and right leg. Do this 10 times per day.
