I’m looking for complete core, not just abs.
I would prefer your personal experience.
I work out at home and am limited to resistance bands, dumbbells, or a weighted bar. I’m becoming bored with my current routine.

The 50 by 7 Workout
The idea is to pick 2 lower ab exercises, 1 upper ab exercise, and 2 oblique exercises (although it will technically be four, due to having to do each side of the obliques). Do 50 repetitions of each move.
Follow up with running for 30 minutes or 2 miles.
**This one toned up my abs and legs very quickly. I added a glutes exercise and 2 arm exercises with dumbbells and the rest of my body toned up as well. For a more difficult workout, add wrist weights and/or ankle weights.
Remember to stretch and have a nice workout!
I do these core exercises.
